All trees, shrubs and perennials are on sale this month. We still have a great selection, and fall is an ideal time to plant. Choose some fall color for your yard – maples and ash are starting to turn red, and the burning bush, chokeberry and cotoneaster are too.
Mums and asters have arrived! We have lots of new fall color for your pots and flower beds – mums, asters, flowering kale, pansies. Add grasses and sedums for contrasting texture and colors. Fall is a great time to freshen up your home with color that will last through the season.
Perennials are on sale, and we have 100’s of varieties to choose from.
We have a big selection of pond plants – hardy waterlilies, floating plants, and plants to tuck in along the edges of your pond.
It’s finally warming up, and the crabapples are in bloom. Pictured is Brandywine Crabapple, with a lovely double flower, and orange fall foliage. We have about a dozen varieties of crabapples to choose from.
It’s garden season too, and our greenhouse is fully stocked with annual color, baskets and veggie starts. Come on out and enjoy the season! We offer free expresso and Italian sodas on the weekends in May.
Join us this weekend to celebrate moms – we’ll have free espresso and Italian sodas for everyone and a free 4″ fuchsia plant for each mom that stops in. Hanging baskets will be on sale too. We love seeing all the families, kids that have grown over the years, and hearing how we’ve become part of their Mother’s Day traditions.
We still have some bareroot plants left – shrubs, trees, fruit trees and berry bushes. But this will probably be the last week for bareroot savings. Hurry on in for savings of 10-50% over potted plants!

It keeps snowing, but we’re up and running, open Monday – Saturdays now. We hope to start digging bareroot plants next week. Meanwhile, the greenhouses are filling up. Stop in, see what’s new, and pick up a price list. The photo is a hellebores that wintered outdoors all winter, under frost cloth. It’s one of the first perennials to bloom in the spring.
